I'm selling my 1964 C-10 shortbed. It was originally a Texas truck, therefore it is still a solid truck. Has a couple bubbles starting, but no visible rust. The bed, including the wood, is all original. The body and paint is as I bought it. I wanted to concetrate on the mechanics first. Here is what I have done or had done:
GM 350 crate engine. Now has app. 2500 miles. It is paired with a 350 turbo tranny with shifter on the floor.
Chevy intake manifold, Edlebrock 600cfm carb w/electric choke, Jegs HEI distributor, new plugs and wires. All new at same time as engine.
All new wiring (using American Auto Wire), dimmer switch, light switch, oil, heat and fuel sending units, new gas tank, filler hose and cap, turn signal switch, cancelling cam and signal arm. Billet dash from No Limit, Autometer gauges, and a grant steering wheel.
Flowmasters with new tail pipes and stainless tips.
Parking light bezels and lenses, headlight bezels, tail light bezels and lenses, side emblems, outside mirror, interior mirror, courtesy light, dash knobs, vent handles, door and window handles. Seat from a '91 truck and sunvisors redone at NKC Autotrim.
New windshield and rubber, new backglass and rubber, new window glasss, vent glass and all felts and division bars.
New chrome grill, chrome rear bumper and brackets, chrome front bumper.
Added power brakes (booster from CPP in CA.), power steering, and front stabilizer bar.
Rear brake shoes, drums, wheel cylinders, springs, adjusters and hoses. Ditto the front.
Upper and lower ball joints, idler arms, tie rod ends and adjusting sleeves, front shocks, and master cylinder.
