1965 Impala Traditional Custom Convertible... Professionally built by Johnny’s Rodworks This beautiful tradition custom convertible was built to show, but has never been shown. It has just been completed and ready for its debut by you. It’s what I do at Johnny’s Rodworks. I built it to make it a nice as I could and then send on to someone that has the time to show it. I have projects I need to get to and this baby is ready for trophies. All sheet metal work done properly, including new floors front and rear, and then painted a high gloss apple red with a single ghost flame that burns into the recesses of the door and over the hood. All stainless and chrome have been done. Cruise topless in the sun or let the new canvas convertible top with glass rear window and new tinted smoke glass with green strip windshield protect you from unexpected elements. 102 spoke 17" Daytons marry this charmer to the ground. The interior features two-textured leather on custom buckets and rear seating. The custom made center console features a light up shifter, power window switches that even control wing windows, and the DVD screen. The CD and DVD player are in the glove box. Behind the new custom chrome GM steering column with kustom white leather and flamed steering wheel is a one of a kind Dakota digital dash and clock. LED lights illuminate the engine bay, underside, and the power automated rear trunk completely finished in leather… with neon IMPALA that lights up when the trunk is open. Under the hood is a new SBC with all the dressings. You’re not seeing double, but the highly polished stainless hood insert gives that impression. Reflect on the new master cylinder and booster with 4 wheel disc brakes, aluminum radiator and fan shroud and more. The electrical system is Painless. All pieces removed were powder coated, a new gas tank installed, and the battery moved to the trunk, where you’ll also find access to the air ride suspension with duel air tanks and twin Vivair compressors. This traditional custom has been done right and is protected by a state of the art alarm system. You COULD spend a hundred grand building this baby or you could BUY IT for only $60,000. (Appraised at $68,000) See 99 images at http://fsboautoadvisor.com/fsbo/1965ImpalaCustomConvertible/
