1960 Mercedes-Benz 180 SEL Saloon (4 Door Sedan)
1960s Mercedes-Benz 180 SEL Ponton sedan; powered by an inline 4-cyclinder 1.9 litres (1897cc) engine with 82,330km. The engine is an M121 engine, model years 1956 to 1962. As best as I can determine the engine is rated at 75 hp (56kW; 76 PS) at 5500 rpm. The vehicle’s overall exterior condition is good with minimal rust and some abrasions to the surface and paint. Most but not all exterior add-on chrome pieces have been retained. Missing pieces include the hood ornament and left/ right rear wheel caps. The vehicle’s overall interior condition is poor and must be restored. The interior seating, front & rear is salvageable if desired. Portions of the interior are missing such as the car’s ceiling materials and some dashboard components. The vehicle was in running condition this year when the transmission fork broke. The engine and brakes are functional. Once the txns-fork is repaired the car is operable. The vehicle is being sold 'as is'.
