1972 Ford F-100 LWB/390cc
Truck was a daily driver after purchase in 2014 from a consignment dealer in Dallas, TX. Garage kept since 2018. The truck is started once a week to monitor condition. New brake booster and master cylinder installed 2015. New oversized radiator installed 2015. New battery installed last month. It has been parked for a while and the tires are showing symptoms of rot. Front passenger tire has been replaced with spare in 2020. The truck will need some regular services to be restored to a daily driver condition. Carburetor is currently set at a high flow idle rate to start easily but can be lowered once the truck is operated more frequently. The body has some wear and tear along with three noticeable dents. One small dent on driver’s door from getting too close to garage when moving and two small dents on the hood behind the hinges from being forced backward by high winds. The dash mounted air conditioner works perfectly. The electric system of the truck also works well and has LED taillights with strobe effect at braking, turn signal use, and hazard light activation.
